* Above rates are based on 1/2 acre lots or less.
* Initial service fee is $30.00 for the first half-hour and $15.00 for each additional 15 minutes. We charge this because most yards require extra time to get caught-up.
* One-Time cleanings are $45.00 for the first half-hour. If more time is needed $15.00 per additional 15 minutes will be charged.
* Customers are billed at the end of each month.
